  Enactment of regulations on the organization and operation of the Paiknam Memorial Association stipulated in Hanyang University memorandum

2. Enactment

• Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this regulation is to establish the organization and operation of the Paiknam Memorial Association (Article 7, Section 1, Article 89-2), established to succeed and develop the spirit of the founder of the institute.
• Article 2 (Business) Paiknam Memorial Association will carry out the following:
  • 1. Business for succession development of Paiknam spirit
  • 2. Operation of 'Paiknam Prize'
• Article 3 (Board of Directors, etc.)
  • ①The Board of Directors shall consist of up to 10 virtuous persons from all walks of life, including the president of Hanyang Institute and the president of Hanyang University.
  • ②The chairman of the association shall be the chairman of Hanyang Foundation, representing the board of trustees and conducting business affairs.
  • ③The chairman assembles the board and chairs the proceedings.
  • ④The board member term is 2 years, and the ex-officio director's term is the period of his / her term of office.
• Article 4 (Resolution)The board of directors shall vote when half the members are in attendance and with two-thirds agreeing to the resolution.
• Article 5 (Writing minutes) The association shall prepare the minutes and at least two persons, including the chair, shall sign or seal the minutes. Additional rules: This regulation will be in effective from the date of promulgation
