1.Document Screening (Stage 1)

• An examination subcommittee is organized and operated in order to examine documents of applicants
• Confirmation of contents and achievements on the documents to verify and check facts

  - If it is difficult to confirm certain facts, applicants will be excluded from the examination.

• Based on the results of the document screening, a certain number of candidates are recommended to Stage 2 of the screening committee

2.Committee Review (Stage 2)

• Composition and operation of advisory committee composed of experts in each division
• Selection of candidates for each category based on the results of Stage 1 subcommittee

3.Notification of Selection Result

• Notify the results of the selected nominees to the university, institution or organization they are associated with, and publicize the achievements of the awardees.
